  Securely place the jewellery in its original branded packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and protective pouches are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
